What we do
Dumpster rental software
and marketing, one system.
The booking form is where your marketing hands off to your operations. Often those are two products from two companies, and that hand-off is exactly where jobs leak.
Dumpster rental software handles orders, availability, scheduling and billing for a roll-off fleet. Most of it is sold separately from marketing, and some of it is priced by fleet size, so the software bill can grow faster than the marketing that fills the trucks.
Do you charge per truck?
No. One price regardless of fleet size. Some software in this category is priced by fleet size — Dumpster Rental Systems, for one, tiers its plans by how many cans you run — so the bill rises as you grow.
We do not price that way because we are not selling you software. The booking system exists to catch the demand the rest of the work creates, so charging you more for catching more of it would be strange.
I already use ServiceCore, Docket or iCans. Do I have to switch?
No, and we will not ask you to. If dispatch and invoicing already work, keep them. We own the booking moment — the part that sits on your public site — and each order reaches you by text, ready to go into whatever you already run.
Dispatch software is a crowded field with dedicated vendors. Competing with them on feature count would be a bad use of your money and ours.
Why does the software matter for rankings?
Because a booking flow is the conversion event the whole marketing effort exists to produce. Ranking well and then sending people to a contact form you read on Sundays wastes the ranking.
It also means someone can book at nine at night with the questions already answered, which is the difference between a page that answers a question and a page that asks one.
What the booking flow asks
Whether the drop needs a permit or HOA approval, and whether the customer can get it before the bin arrives. What the ground is like where the bin goes. All of it before anyone pays.
We built it with a working operator, Joseph Rodrigues of Triple R Dump.
Common questions
How much does dumpster rental software cost?
Published plans in this category run roughly $80 to $280 a month, and some of them rise with the number of cans you run. Several vendors publish no price at all.
Can I keep my existing dispatch software?
Yes. Pull Count owns the booking moment on your public website, and each order reaches you by text, ready to go into whatever you already run. We are not trying to replace a dispatch system that already works.
Is the software included in the price?
Yes, at every tier, and it is not charged per truck or per driver. The booking system exists to catch the demand the marketing creates, so billing more for catching more of it would not make sense.
What it costs
$1,297 a month for the Core package, with no setup fee. At a $375 ticket and a 40% contribution margin an extra haul leaves about $150, so $1,297 divides into nine hauls. Change either number and the answer changes. Bought one at a time at the lowest price each vendor publishes, the main pieces of Core come to about $1,155 a month — $142 less than Core. Every source is on the pricing page.
