The 90-day guarantee

Move one full map position in 90 days, or we credit up to three months of fees.

  • We measure your average position in Google’s map results across your whole service area, the week you start and every month after.
  • If it has not improved one full position after 90 days, we credit your monthly fee until it does, for up to three months.
  • If it still has not moved, you can leave with no further charge and keep the built site.
The exact terms

We measure one number: your average position across the same 49 points around your yard, using our own grid scanner on Google’s Places API. The points form a seven-by-seven grid centered on your yard, 3 miles apart unless we agree a different spacing before the first scan. If we agree more than one search term up front, every term counts equally in that one average. A point where you are not in the first 20 results counts as 21, so the average cannot improve by you disappearing from the edges. A point over open water or empty land may be left out; the grid and any points left out are fixed at the first reading and stay the same at 90 days. Every report prints its search term, the grid and the spacing, so you can see nothing changed between the first reading and the last. We take it the week you start and again every month, the same way each time, and send you the report. If that average has not improved by at least one full position after 90 days, we credit your monthly fee from then until it does, for up to three months — and if it still has not moved, you can walk with no further charge and keep the built site to host wherever you like. The Places API is not the Maps app on your phone, so a single point can read differently from what you see there; that is why the guarantee rests on the average across the whole grid, measured the same way at the start and at 90 days. We do not guarantee bookings: your close rate, your pricing and your availability are yours, and anyone guaranteeing you jobs is guessing with your money.

To be straight about it: this is credit, not a refund. You do not get the first ninety days back. What you get is up to three free months while the map catches up, and — if it never does — the built site itself to take elsewhere, on top of the domain and data that were always yours.

Before you decide

Put your own numbers in.

If the net gain line is not comfortably bigger than what we charge, do not hire us. Set the sliders to your real ticket and your real margin.

$636

It opens at break-even on purpose — nine extra hauls, which is the point where this has cost you nothing. We are not going to pick a flattering starting number and call it a projection. Drag the hauls slider to whatever you think is realistic for your market and read it from there. The 40% margin is derived, not assumed: a $375 ticket less about 2.5 tons at EREF’s 2024 national average tipping fee of $62.28 a ton, less fuel and an hour of a driver’s time — your own tipping fee moves it more than anything else. Contribution margin, not net: an extra haul does not carry the truck payment, the insurance or the yard rent you are paying anyway.

What you pay now

The retainer is not
the number that matters.

What matters is whether you end up owning the thing that brings the jobs in.

How the job reaches youWhat you are really buyingIs the lead yours alone?
Your own Google profile and search resultsAn asset you keep. Costs do not rise with volume.Yes
Pay-per-lead marketplacesA lead, not a job — charged whether or not you win it.Usually sold to several contractors
Local Services AdsA qualified lead, at a price Google sets and can raise.Shared
Paid searchTraffic, for exactly as long as you keep paying.Yours, while the budget lasts

Deliberately without dollar figures. The published cost-per-lead numbers for this category are drawn from junk removal rather than roll-off, and the gap between the two is wide enough that quoting them at you would be guessing. Ask us on the call what we have actually seen, and we will tell you what we do and do not know.

Terms, plainly

The questions that actually decide it.

Is there a setup fee?

No, on any tier. The website build is included in the monthly price rather than charged up front. Elsewhere in this niche, Roll Off Marketing Co adds a $1,500 setup fee to every package, and Magnate Pro SEO sells its $4,397 website package separately from its monthly SEO.

Am I locked into a contract?

Ninety days, then month to month. We ask for 90 days because map position across a service area is slow to move, and judging it after one month would be unfair in both directions. We cannot tell you how long yours will take.

After that, thirty days’ notice, by email, and we send you your data. No cancellation phone call, no retention department.

What happens if it does not work?

Move one full map position in 90 days, or we credit up to three months of fees.

Do I pay extra for ads?

Ad spend goes straight to Google, and we do not mark it up. Managing it is included on the Dominate tier. Most operators should get the free side working before they rent traffic.

Why not buy the pieces separately?

You can, and you would be managing four vendors. Bought one at a time at the lowest price each vendor publishes, the main pieces of Core come to about $1,155 a month — $142 less than Core.

What one team buys you is one invoice, one person accountable for the whole result, and the booking built into the same site your pages send people to. We also only serve one trade, so the town pages, the booking flow and the permit questions already exist.

Can I pay annually?

Yes, on Core or Dominate: pay ten months up front and get twelve, which is two months free. The 90-day guarantee still applies, and if we pause billing the paid-through date moves out.
