Pull Count is a brand of Kellan Creative Agency. Any service agreement you sign is with Kellan Creative Agency, and these terms cover this website and the free scan rather than replacing that agreement.
The free rank scan
The scan is free, there is no obligation attached, and the result is yours to keep and use however you like. It is measured through Google's Places API from the points we sampled, at the moment we ran it. The Places API is not the Maps app, so a single point can read differently from what you see on your phone. Rankings move constantly and we make no promise the result will reproduce later.
Program terms
The published monthly prices have no setup fee. The initial term is ninety days, after which the agreement continues month to month and either side may end it with thirty days' notice by email.
Advertising spend on the Dominate tier is paid directly to Google and is not marked up by us.
What happens when you leave
There is no build fee to claw back and no exit fee. Because the website is part of the monthly service rather than something you bought outright, hosting and maintenance of it stop when the payments do.
What stays yours in every case: the domain, which was always registered in your own account; your Google Business Profile, which you own and we only managed; and your content and customer data, which we export to you on request.
The one exception is the guarantee below. If the guarantee is triggered — meaning we did not move your map — you keep the built site itself and may host it wherever you like. That is the point of the guarantee: if the work did not do what it was supposed to, you are not left with nothing.
The guarantee
Your average map position means your average rank for the search terms agreed up front, across the same 49 points around your yard, with any point where you are not in the first 20 results counted as 21. The 49 points are a 7 by 7 grid centered on your yard, three miles apart unless we agree a different spacing at the start. A point over open water or empty land may be left out of the average; the grid and any points left out are fixed at the first reading and stay the same at 90 days. If that average has not improved by at least one full position from the reading we take the week you start, after ninety days, we credit your monthly fee from then until it does, for up to three months. If it still has not moved, you may end the agreement with no further charge and keep the website, the domain and your data.
To be plain about it: this is a credit against future months, not a refund of months already served. The guarantee covers map position, measured by our 49-point grid scan through Google's Places API, run the same way every month, and we send you each month's result. It does not cover bookings, revenue, or rankings for terms outside the agreed set, because those depend on factors including your own pricing, availability and close rate.
Market exclusivity
Every agreement includes exclusivity: we will not take another dumpster rental client within the territory it defines for as long as the agreement runs. The territory is written into the agreement as a list of towns and a radius. It reopens thirty days after the agreement ends.
What you own
You own your domain, your Google Business Profile, and your content and customer data, and all of it leaves with you. Your domain stays registered in your own account, and you remain the owner of your Google Business Profile with us acting as a manager. The website itself is part of the monthly service, so hosting stops if you leave and we hand over your content and data. If the guarantee is triggered, you keep the built site too.
Results and claims
Figures published on this site relate to a specific client at a specific date and are stated with their source. They are not a prediction of what your business will achieve. Search rankings are controlled by Google and nobody can guarantee a position.
Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
The laws of the State of Utah.
