Pull Count is a brand of Kellan Creative Agency ("we", "us"). This policy covers https://pullcount.com.

What we collect

When you submit a form we collect the name, company, market and phone number you type, plus your email if you give it and anything else the form asks or you choose to add, such as your truck count or a note. Our server also records your IP address and browser user agent with the submission, which we use to block automated spam.

We do not collect payment details on this website.

The rental agreement tool is different: nothing you type into it is sent to us. It runs in your browser, and it saves your company details and rates in your browser's own storage so you do not retype them. Customer details are not saved. Clear everything in the tool, or clear this site's data in your browser, and they are gone.

Why we collect it

To run the rank scan you asked for and to get back to you about it, by text or email, or by phone if you ask for a call. That is the entire purpose. If you tell us you are not interested, we stop contacting you.

Who we share it with

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare), and the services that deliver our email and text messages. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with other dumpster rental companies, and we do not add you to a list that gets sold later.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are retained for up to twelve months, then deleted automatically. Ask us sooner and we will delete it sooner.

Text messages

Submitting a form means you agree we may text the number you gave about your request. Reply STOP to any message and we stop. Message and data rates may apply.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics that identifies you personally.

Your choices

Email boston@pullcount.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will act on it within thirty days.
