Pull Count More pulls on the board.

Territory

We work with one
dumpster company per market.

There are three spots in the Google map pack. We cannot put two clients in them, so we do not pretend otherwise. When a market is taken it comes off the board until that operator leaves — and that holds at every price, including the cheapest one.

Check if your market is open

The board

One claimed. Seven open.

A market only shows as claimed when a paying client holds it. The first one is the client in our case study. We are not going to gray out markets to manufacture a queue.

  • West Haven – Ogden – Roy, UT Claimed since June 2026
  • Boise, ID Open
  • Denver, CO Open
  • Colorado Springs, CO Open
  • Las Vegas, NV Open
  • Phoenix – Mesa, AZ Open
  • Reno, NV Open
  • Billings, MT Open

The board is not every town. Towns close to a current client's area are left off it until that territory is settled, so not listed does not mean open. Ask and we will check yours.

What this costs us

It would be more profitable
to sign your competitor too.

An agency that runs two dumpster companies in the same city is competing against itself for the same three spots. It doubles the retainer, and the work for one cuts against the work for the other.

Defined before you sign

Your territory is written into the agreement as a list of towns and a radius, not a vague promise. You know exactly what you are buying.

Checked before anything else

We check your market against the board before anything else. If it is claimed, you hear that first, with the free ten-minute self-check instead. We will not sell you something that works against a client.

Capped on purpose

We do the work ourselves, so there is a ceiling on how many operators we take. We would rather stop taking markets than give anyone worse service.

The same at every price

Exclusivity is not an upsell. It applies on the cheapest tier for the same reason it applies on the most expensive one: there are only three spots and we cannot put two of you in them.

How a market gets claimed

Three steps, about a week.

  1. 01 Check and audit

We check your market against the board, then review your setup and send you what we would do. If it turns out to be claimed, you hear that before anything else.

  2. 02 Territory agreed

We write down the towns and the radius. You read it. Nothing is vague and nothing is verbal.

  3. 03 Off the board

Your market comes off the list the day you start, and goes back on thirty days after you leave.

Territory questions

How this works in practice.

Why only one dumpster company per market?

Because there are three spots in the map pack and we cannot put two clients in them. An agency serving your competitor in the same town is working against you with your own money, and charging you both for the privilege.

It is a constraint on our revenue, not a sales tactic. It is also why we cannot take every operator who calls.

Does exclusivity apply on the cheapest tier?

Yes. Every tier, same rule. The reason for it does not change with what you pay — we still cannot rank two companies in the same three spots.

Tiers differ by how much we build and how wide we work, not by whether your competitor can buy us next week.

How big is a market?

Your actual service radius, agreed in writing before you sign. For most single-yard operators that is a metro or a cluster of towns — roughly a 30 to 45 minute drive from the yard.

If you run multiple yards, each one gets its own territory on the Dominate tier.

What happens if I leave?

Your territory reopens thirty days later, and there is no exit fee. You own your domain, your Google Business Profile, and your content and customer data, and all of it leaves with you.

The website itself is part of the monthly service, so hosting stops if you leave and we hand over your content and data. If the guarantee is triggered, you keep the built site too.

Can I reserve a market before I am ready?

Yes, for thirty days, once. If you are mid-way through buying a truck or waiting on a yard, tell us and we will hold it. We will not hold it indefinitely while another operator in the same town is asking.
