What dumpster rental SEO and marketing
agencies actually charge.
Disclosure, before anything else: we sell a competing product. Every price below is one the vendor publishes on their own website, read on October 18, 2026; we will re-check quarterly. Where a vendor does not publish a price we say so rather than repeating an estimate — most "best dumpster software" lists on the web are written by competitors ranking themselves, and we are not going to launder their numbers. If we have something wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
How much do SEO and marketing cost for a dumpster rental company?
Published monthly prices for dumpster rental marketing on this page start at $249 and run to $3,399 for a dumpster-specific package, before setup fees. Not every package includes SEO. Agencies that price by your revenue publish plans well above that. The spread is almost entirely scope, and the scope is rarely stated in a way you can compare.
The table
| Agency | Published price | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Dumpster Rental Systems | Software $79.95 – $279.95/mo; web and SEO quoted by a rep | The closest thing to this bundle from a software vendor, and they argue the comparison themselves: their pricing FAQ says their software and services combined is "still more affordable than most SEO and web design agencies; and with better results". The software price is published. The part you would be comparing with us is not. |
| Footbridge Media | $249/mo | Contractor websites generally, not dumpster-specific. Website, local SEO, Google listing management, review requests and a CRM. "No Contracts. No Hidden Fees." They say they will help you take the site with you if you cancel. |
| Always Do Better | $249 / $597 / from $1,750 per month | Has a dumpster rental website service. $249 is the site plus AI lead capture; $597 adds monthly SEO; from $1,750 adds a CRM and reputation automation. Lists online booking with a date picker and takes one dumpster company per market. No contracts, and you own the domain and the site. Says nothing about setup fees or Google profile management. At $597 for a site and monthly SEO, it is cheaper than Core. |
| Up The Brand | From $650/mo for SEO or Google Ads; $1,300/mo for both | Multi-trade, with a dumpster rental page. A six-month contract includes a website redesign. Ad spend separate. |
| Dumpster Marketing | From $1,250/mo | Website, Google profile management, local SEO and Google Ads management. No start-up fees, no contracts. |
| Roll Off Marketing Co | $1,499 / $2,499 / $3,399 per month, plus a $1,500 setup fee on every tier | Every package carries a separate $1,500 setup fee, and the $1,499 Starter includes a landing page with a booking calendar, ads, Google profile management and review outreach, but no SEO — SEO starts on the $2,499 tier. They bundle a messaging, pipeline and booking app as well, so they sell both software and marketing. |
| Outdooit | From $2,600/mo; plans banded by revenue up to $11,000+ | Home service trades generally, with junk removal and dumpster rental pages. Starter is "Best for $1M to $2M/year" and includes local SEO and Google profile management; a new website is extra. No setup fees on SEO and marketing plans, a six-month initial term, then month to month. No revenue minimums. |
| Magnate Pro SEO | $3,000/mo for SEO and AI SEO; $4,397 website package; $997/mo plus ad spend for Google Ads | Says it is built exclusively for dumpster rental companies; its site also markets to junk removal, portable toilet and septic companies. The website package is sold separately from monthly SEO. |
| Pull Count | $897 / $1,297 / $1,997 per month | Website, booking software, Google profile, reviews, local SEO and AI search. No setup fee. One operator per market. |

The setup fee is the part a monthly price hides
Roll Off Marketing Co's Starter is $202 a month more than Core. Over the first year it is $3,924 more, and $1,500 of that is a setup fee a monthly comparison never shows. So here is the same set over twelve months — each vendor's own published rate, plus their own published setup fee. Only vendors who say what their setup fee is, including "none", are in the table; the rest are left out rather than guessed at.
| Package | Monthly | Setup | SEO | First year |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Roll Off Marketing Co — Growth | $2,499 | $1,500 | Included | $31,488 |
| Roll Off Marketing Co — Starter | $1,499 | $1,500 | Not at this tier | $19,488 |
| Outdooit — Starter | $2,600 | None | Included | $31,200 |
| Dumpster Marketing — starting price | $1,250 | None | Included | $15,000 |
| Pull Count — Core | $1,297 | None | Included | $15,564 |
Read from each vendor's own site on October 18, 2026. Twelve months at the published rate plus the published setup fee. Ad spend is not included for anyone, including us.
What this table actually says
Against Roll Off Marketing Co, it is not close. They are the nearest thing to this offer that publishes both a monthly rate and a setup fee — they bundle a messaging, pipeline and booking app with the marketing, the way we bundle booking. Their cheapest tier that includes SEO is $2,499 a month plus a $1,500 setup, which is $31,488 in year one. Core is $15,564. That is less than half. Of the $15,924 difference, $1,500 is their setup fee and $14,424 is the monthly rate.
Their $1,499 Starter tier looks much closer on the monthly, and it is the comparison worth being careful about. It includes a landing page with a booking calendar, ads management, Google profile management and review outreach, but SEO is not included. With the setup fee it comes to $19,488 for the year — $3,924 more than Core.
Against Dumpster Marketing, we lose on price. Their plans start at $1,250 a month with no start-up fee, which is $15,000 a year — $564 less than Core. If the only question is the smallest number, they win it and we are not going to pretend otherwise. The difference is scope: their starting plan covers the website, Google profile, local SEO and Google Ads management, and it does not include booking software your customer can order through at nine at night, which is the thing that turns the traffic into a job. Decide whether that is worth $564 a year to you, because that is the real trade.
What changes as the price goes up
At the low end, a few hundred dollars a month buys a website and, at some agencies, local SEO, review requests and Google profile work as well. Read the inclusion list, not the tier name: two plans at the same price can cover very different work.
Further up you are mostly paying for more of it: more content, paid ads management, more towns, and in some cases a brand name. What you should not assume is that the top of the range does something categorically different. Ask any agency at any price the same question: show me how you will prove it worked.
What we charge and why
$1,297 a month for the full stack, no setup fee, one operator per market. See it next to the agency plans.
We are not the cheapest on this page and we are not trying to be. Footbridge Media at $249 a month is genuinely cheaper, and so is Always Do Better at $249 for a site or $597 with monthly SEO — Always Do Better also lists online booking and takes one dumpster company per market. If budget is the binding constraint, look there rather than at us.
Common questions
What do dumpster rental marketing agencies charge?
Published prices in our comparison start at $249 a month (Footbridge Media, and Always Do Better’s entry tier) and run to $3,399 a month for Roll Off Marketing Co’s top dumpster package, plus a $1,500 setup fee. Agencies that band their price by your revenue publish plans well above that. Where an agency says, ad spend is separate.
Is there usually a setup fee?
It varies, and it is worth asking early. Roll Off Marketing Co adds $1,500 to every package. Dumpster Marketing says it has no start-up fees, and Outdooit says its SEO and marketing plans have none. Magnate Pro SEO sells its $4,397 website package separately from monthly SEO. A build fee you have already paid is also the thing that makes leaving expensive.
Should ad spend be included in the retainer?
It should be separate and unmarked-up, and you should be able to see it in your own Google account. If an agency will not show you the raw spend, that is the question to keep asking.
What should a dumpster company expect to pay in total?
For the main pieces — website, Google profile, reviews, local SEO and booking — buying them one at a time runs about $1,155 a month at the lowest published prices. Bundled offers in the niche start at $249 a month and run to $3,399 before setup, depending on scope.
