Compare

Everyone's prices,
with dates and sources.

Four of the software vendors we track make you book a call to learn what they charge. We think that is a tell, so here is everything anyone publishes, including us.

Disclosure, before anything else: we sell a competing product. Every price below is one the vendor publishes on their own website, read on October 18, 2026; we will re-check quarterly. Where a vendor does not publish a price we say so rather than repeating an estimate — most "best dumpster software" lists on the web are written by competitors ranking themselves, and we are not going to launder their numbers. If we have something wrong, tell us and we will fix it.

Where to start

How we compare vendors

We read the vendor's own pricing page and record what it says, with the date. If there is no price on it, the row says "not published" — we do not estimate, and we do not repeat a rival's estimate of them. We do not reproduce complaints or review-site grievances about named companies either; those are one side of disputed accounts and have no place in a pricing comparison.

Our own row is never first by default, and every page has a section about where the other vendor is the better call. If that section ever reads as a formality, the page has stopped being useful.
