Dumpster rental marketing case study

Triple R Dump

West Haven, UT. Owner Joseph Rodrigues. Roll-off bins at 15, 20 and 25 yards across seven Utah counties, with the dump fee in the price.

What we did: built a 37-page site with a page for every town and every service, set up online booking that texts Joseph the moment someone orders, took over the Google Business Profile, and put review requests after every job. As of October 19, 2026 he has 26 Google reviews, rated 5.0, with nothing below five stars.

The pages

Counted from his public sitemap on October 18, 2026, the site has 7 service pages, 16 town pages, 6 guides, and the booking, FAQ, contact, BBB, service-area and guides index pages. Each town page carries its own drive time from the yard and its own copy — not a find-and-replace of the town name, which is the thing Google has been demoting since long before it was called a quality update.

The booking flow

Four steps: the bin, when and where, the customer's details, then review and pay. It asks whether the drop needs a permit or HOA approval and whether the customer can get it before the bin arrives, because either one can turn into a wasted trip. It asks what the bin will sit on, a driveway or the street, before it asks for a card. The booking page is public, so you can walk through it yourself.

What it is doing now

When we checked on October 17, 2026, Google showed 6 sitelinks under his brand search: Contact, Book Your Dumpster Rental, FAQ, Service area, 15 Yard, BBB Accredited Business. Google decides those, and they can change. In a signed-out spot check on October 17, 2026 he sat at #3 for "dumpster rental" in West Haven and #4 in Roy. In Ogden he is outside the visible top ten.

His Google profile recorded 59 interactions over May–October 2026: 32 direction requests, 22 website clicks and 5 calls. Those are small numbers and we are publishing them anyway. They come from his private dashboard, so you cannot check them yourself. The only other figure here like that is Joseph's own call count, below.

In his words

What Joseph said,
and what it does not prove.

I’m getting four calls a day. I don’t know what you’re doing, but it’s working.

Joseph is a paying Pull Count client and has been since June 2026. He is not paid for this and we did not tell him what to say. The call count is his own, from his own phone — not a figure we measured. He is also the only dumpster company we have built for, so there is no typical result to set his against, and his number is not what you should expect yours to be.

Google counted 5 calls from the profile over May–October 2026; Joseph says four a day. Both can be true. Google only counts calls placed by tapping the call button on his profile. Somebody who finds him on the map, reads the number and dials it is invisible to that counter, and we cannot measure how many people do that. Joseph is reporting what his phone does; Google is reporting what Google can see.

What we will not tell you

We do not know what any of this did to his revenue, because we have never seen his books. We cannot show you a clean before, because Google's dashboard shows six months of profile history and his site launched inside that window. Google's API may reach further back, and we have not pulled it yet. And he is one client, which makes this a case study rather than a track record.

His site is here, so you can check the build yourself. We will not send you to call him — he is running a business, not a reference desk. If there is something you want asked, tell us and we will ask him.
